Clive has a unique experience of ICT - stemming from an engineering background, through global project management of telecommunications networks through IPTV application development, to full time consultancy since 2003.  

Working across Europe, Clive has provided insight, knowledge and leadership to many ground breaking programmes. Including NYnet, the EU B3 programme, Bristol is open, IXScotland  and many publicly funded broadband interventions.
