Independent Intelligence is a boutique consultancy practice providing public sector focussed infrastructure advice, programme management and leadership.
After many years developing and delivering services for the public sector, directors Clive Downing and Claire Blake formed Independent Intelligence in 2018 with a view to expanding their capacity through our tight network of highly qualified and experienced associates to support public sector initiatives by providing Commercial, Strategic and Financial Advice together with a full Project leadership and delivery service if required.
